How postal sharpening works
- Order sharpening through our website or contact us to arrange your order.
- Wrap each blade or scissor securely, protect sharp edges and pack items firmly in a sturdy box. Include your name, contact details, return address and equipment list.
- Post your parcel using a tracked service to our address below.
- We sharpen and check your equipment, then arrange return delivery once payment is complete.
Typical sharpening turnaround: 24–48 hours after arrival, subject to workload and order size. Delivery time is additional.

FREE return postage on orders over £75.
Online orders use the existing Shopify checkout delivery options. For orders arranged separately, we confirm the return postage and payment before dispatch. Customers arrange and pay for postage to us.

We recommend tracked postage. Please include an item list inside the parcel and do not send loose blades or unprotected scissor tips.
Clipper servicing
Clipper servicing is available at our workshop, with turnaround times depending on the type of clipper being serviced.
Dog grooming clippers: Our usual 24–48-hour turnaround applies, subject to workload.
Horse clippers: Servicing typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on demand for the service during busy periods.
